You can move between plans at any time. Upgrades start immediately; moving down takes effect at the end of the period you’ve already paid for, so you never lose what you’ve paid for, and you can change your mind before it happens. A downgrade never deletes anything: the extra businesses become read-only for 30 days so you can export whatever you need, then are hidden from your account. Completed documents stay verifiable forever, and upgrading brings them straight back.

Signum is a UK company, and every document you send is stored and processed in British data centres — not shipped overseas for processing.
Documents, database and audit trail all live in AWS London (eu-west-2). Nothing is replicated outside the UK.

Every sealed PDF and its audit certificate can be downloaded at any time. No lock-in, no export fees.
Customer documents, signatures, audit records and email are hosted in AWS's London region. The static assets that render this website are delivered by a global content network for speed; no customer document ever passes through it. Cryptographic timestamps are obtained from a public timestamp authority, which receives only a one-way hash of a document — never its contents.
